I recently stayed at this resort, and while the room was spacious and very clean, there were some downsides to consider. The powerful hot shower was a nice touch, but the lack of basic amenities like a fridge and a floor mat was a bit disappointing. Plus, the mix-up with the rainbow waterfall tour practically ruined our early morning plans. Overall, it's a decent place, but it could really benefit from some improvements.

The room was large and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a powerful hot shower, but I missed having a fridge and the TV channels were quite limited. The booking for the rainbow waterfall tour was a letdown; the lack of communication left us stranded at 5:30 AM without options. Additionally, the miscommunication regarding the booked Rainbow Waterfall tour was quite frustrating and nearly spoilt our trip to Sg Lembing. The waterfall itself was breathtaking, though!
